OUR STORY / WHY THIS EXISTS

Welcome to My Corner of the World

I'm George. Glad you've found your way here.

I've always enjoyed keeping busy, discovering things and having something to look forward to. Life changed quite a bit after my stroke, and these days I have to approach things differently. But there's still plenty out there worth enjoying. That's why I've got this website. I've brought together things that interest me, places I'd love to explore, entertainment worth watching and products that have become part of my everyday life. Some things are useful. Some are just good fun. And some might surprise you. I've got a good mate, Andy, who helps me put everything together and keeps the technical side running. The opinions, choices and direction are mine. I don't expect everyone to like the same things I do. That's half the fun of sharing them. Whoever you are, you're welcome here. Have a good look around, and I hope you find something you enjoy.
